Be not afraid!
Today we celebrate the Feast of St. Theresa of Avila and it's good to recall what this holy woman said 500 years ago but very true today:

'Let nothing disturb thee,
Nothing affright thee, 
All things are passing;
 God never changeth;
Patience endurance attaineth to all things;
Who God possesseth in nothing is wanting
Alone God sufficeth.
